At 44-years-old I was nearly 400 pounds. As a husband and a father of two, that’s incredibly scary. Yet it wasn’t until my wife told me that she lives in constant fear of becoming a widow that I decided to do something about it.

So I did. Through proper nutrition and exercise. I knew that in order to lose weight and keep it off, I had to change my relationship with food and fitness.

It wasn’t easy. Thankfully I had a lot of help from Long Island Weight Loss Doctor Howard Goodman and RAF Strength and Fitness. Together, they taught me how to eat and train the right way, for life.

Three years later, I’m 47-years-old, weigh 225 pounds and help people reach their fitness goals everyday as a coach at the very gym that made this all possible.
